Reflecting on Our Journey: The Inception of STG and the Future of Trading Education

At Sauron Trading Group (STG), we embarked on a mission four months ago, fueled by a vision to revolutionize trading education. Our journey, marked by challenges, learning, and growth, is not just the story of a company's inception but a testament to our commitment to providing unparalleled trading education and mentorship. The Genesis of STG

STG was born out of a desire to fill a gaping void in the trading education industry. We noticed a disconnect between what was taught in traditional trading courses and the practical application of these strategies in real-time markets. Our solution was to create a comprehensive trading education platform that not only sells courses but also offers continuous mentorship, including reviewing trading plans and journals throughout the day. We've taken it a step further by trading live in front of our students, demonstrating the execution of our system in real-time conditions.

The past four months have been a whirlwind of activities, learning, and adaptation. Here are some key takeaways from our journey so far:

1. The Importance of Live Trading Sessions: Our live trading sessions have been crucial. They offer invaluable insights and real-world application of strategies, significantly enhancing our students' learning experience. The main reason this is so vital is that trading is not always black and white; decisions must sometimes be made even when a trade is not textbook by definition.
2. Customized Mentorship is Key: Tailoring our mentorship to fit each student's requirements has been instrumental in their success. Encouraging students to not only watch our classes but also to conduct backtesting sessions themselves and discuss with others elevates their understanding of the content.
3. More content for those we elevate: STG has been growing and traders have increased their understanding of our content, for this reason we have created a leveling system with exams, where if you reach a certain level of skill you can do an exam, pass it and gain access to more comprehensive content without extra payments.
   • Level 0: Course content
   • Level 1: Quantified Price-action and basic sequencing
   • Level 2: Advanced sequencing and systemization of blocks

We have this exam leveling system in place as it is crucial to not overload our students with information. Everything you learn has to be in a step by step process and every new level will perfectly fit into your knowledge base if you properly understand the previous level.

Our goal is for students to learn how to fish, rather than just providing the fish for them.
2. Community and Network Building: We envision a future where traders at all levels can connect, share, and learn from each other within a supportive community. A place where growth is continuous, transparent, and everyone can progress to new knowledge levels at their own pace.

Transparency and Integrity: We maintain the highest standards of transparency and integrity, focusing on real, understandable profits for our members by showing which wins and losses we had rather than showcasing exaggerated claims to the public. It's crucial for our community to see how head traders manage capital and navigate trades our students can comprehend.
