Gamification: Level Up and Get Rewarded!

To reward our most consistent and engaged members, we've introduced a new gamification system in our Discord community. This system is designed to make your experience more interactive and rewarding.

How It Works:

• Daily and Weekly Quests: Complete tasks such as filling in your daily journal, providing feedback, and sharing trading ideas in our discussion channels to level up.
• Earn Points and XP: By completing these quests, you’ll accumulate points and experience. The members with the highest points at the end of each month can win prizes, including gift cards worth up to €100!
• Exclusive Features: While there are more surprises in store, I’ll leave some mystery for you to discover. (Hint: There might be a raiding feature based on trading profits. Stay tuned!)

Showcase Your Achievements:

• User Banners: You can request a banner that displays your level and all your achievements within STG. These banners are a great way to show off your progress and dedication to the community.

Introducing Core-Funding: Your Path to Becoming a Funded Trader

What is Core-Funding?

• Exclusive Opportunity: Starting at level 3 within STG, members can qualify for funding directly from me—completely free of charge.
• Evaluation Process: Qualified members will undergo a thorough evaluation, including paper trading with a €50K account. Successful traders will then be transitioned to live markets with real capital.
• Ongoing Support: Traders in Core-Funding will start with a €50K account and receive monthly reviews. Based on performance, traders can receive additional capital or targeted feedback to improve their trading strategies.
• Profit Sharing: Profit splits are available weekly, and we’ll discuss the terms openly to ensure a fair and motivating environment. Think of it as a real prop firm but online.

How to Get Funded: The STG Leveling System

Curious about how to become a funded trader through Core-Funding? Here’s a breakdown of our leveling system and what it takes to reach the top:

• Level 0: Every member starts here. To progress, you need to pass a theoretical examination of our content with at least a 75% score.
• Level 1: Gain access to new content on Quantified Trading after passing the initial exam.
• Level 2: Show proof of obtaining a funded account withdrawal to move up. At this level, you’ll dive into advanced topics like Orderflow, Orderflow Sequencing, and Advanced Price Action Sequencing.
• Level 3: After tracking your progress from level 0, I’ll determine if you’re ready for Core-Funding. If selected, you’ll have the opportunity to become a funded trader on our desks. For us it's quite easy to determine if someone is ready as we have been checking and giving feedback to your journals daily from the day you have started your dancing journey!
